INVITATION TENDER FOR 2019 CAPITAL PROJECT
A. PREAMBLE
The Federal Medical Center Birnin Kudu wishes to invites competent, reputable and experienced Contractors to apply for Tender on the below-listed project proposed to be implemented in the year 2019 Capital Budget expenditure plan.
LOT A: Construction of Entrance and Exit Gate
B. REQUIREMENTS
Company profile: This should contain among others;
i. Evidence if registration with Corporate Affairs Commission
ii. Evidence of technical competence of key personnel registration with relevant professional bodies
iii. List and verifiable documentary evidence of at least three (3) similar job(s)
iv. Current ITF certificate in compliance with the amended PENCOM reform Act 2014
v. Current Nigerian Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) clearance certificate
vi. Evidence of compliance with financial reporting council of Nigeria (FRCN);
vii. Evidence of compliance with financial reporting council of Nigeria (FRCN)
viii. Audited accounts of the company for recent 3 years
ix. Recent 3 years tax and VAT registration
x. Letter from the company’s Bank stating its financial capability
xi. evidence of company registration in the National database of Federal contractors Consultants an services provider (NDCCSPS)
C. COLLECTION OF BID DOCUMENTS
i. Bid documents shall be obtained at the Procurement Department, Room 3 Old Administration Block, on Payment of Ten Thousand Naira (N10,000.00) only per each lot to Federal Medical Centre, Jigawa, at any Commercial Bank through the Treasury single account platform
D. SUBMISSION OF BID DOCUMENTS
i. Completed Technical and Financial bids in separate envelope shall be enclosed in a large envelope labeled Technical and Financial bids, with the project name at the top right hand corner and the company name behind and address to the Medical Director Federal Medical Centre, PMB 1022, Birnin Kudu, Jigawa State. The documents should be deposited in the Tender Box at the Head of Procurement, Old Administration Block, room 3 on or before 12 noon Monday 18th November, 2019
E. OPENING OF BIDS
Technical Bids shall be opened at the Hospital’s conference Hall a minute after 12noon on same date, companies that are successful in the pre-qualification exercise shall have their financial bids opened while, bids of successful bidders will be return un-opened.
