BRICKSTONE PARTNERS LIMITED REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST IN ACQUISITION OF QUARRY BUSINESS

Introduction

Brickstone Partners Limited (“Brickstone”) has been retained to seek preliminary Expression of Interest (EOI) from interested parties, as the shareholders of quarry company (its client) intends to disinvest 100% shareholding of the quarry business and all its assets.

The sole purpose of this EOI process is to assist the recipient to participate in the aforesaid disinvestment process. This EOI process is not intended to form the basis for any investment decision and does not constitute, either express or implied, an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy the quarry business and assets. Accordingly, interested parties are advised to carry out their own due diligence, investigations and analysis of any information contained or referred to herein or made available at any stage in the divestment process

LocationThe quarry is located about 30 minutes from Abeokuta, Ogun State, South West, Nigeria.

Submission GuidelinesInterested Investors are to Note the following Guidelines:1. Investors are to submit Expression of Interest containing full name of the company, contact person, postal address, telephone number and e-mail address by filling the form below (See below)2. Investors expressing interest in this company would have their expression of interest evaluated. Thereafter, pre-qualified applicants will be issued an Preliminary Information Memorandum on the company upon evaluating the capacity of the Proposed Investors by the owner and Brickstone.3. A signed Confidentiality Agreement with the prospective investors shall be a pre-requisite for conducting due diligence on the company.

Please note that Brickstone and its client reserves the right to withdraw from the process or any part thereof or vary any terms at any time without assigning any reasons. The Brickstone and its client reserves the right to accept or reject any /all offer(s) without assigning any reasons. No financial obligation whatsoever shall accrue to Brickstone and its client in such an event.
