The Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) has keyed into the Federal Government powered MSME Survival fund scheme that aimed to provide Business formalization Support of the MSME’s. The scheme has approved the free business name registration for 6,606 Business Names in each state of the federation, with Abia, Lagos, and Kano having 7,906, 9,084, and 8,406 respectively.

The agency which is responsible for registering businesses in Nigeria has provided a downloadable application form online, this is to enable interest MSME to apply without physically meeting the aggregators. Download the form and aggregators email below.

The requirements to complete the form includes;

  1. Three (3) Proposed Names
  2. Two (2) Passport sized photographs
  3. Valid Means of Identification
  4. Phone Number/Email address

The completed form are expected to be scanned in PDF format together with a scanned copy of a recognized and valid photo identification (Data Page of International Passport, Driver’s license, National Identity Card or Voter’s Card) and sent via email to the Aggregator of your relevant State.
