At the 8th annual Banks and Other Financial Institutions Awards organised by BusinessDay Media, Total Health Trust (THT), a Health Maintenance Organization has been awarded the employee productivity partner of the year.
A statement issued by the company on Tuesday said the event held recently in Lagos served as a recognition of the roles businesses played through the unique year in ensuring customers service and employee satisfaction.
The THT Chief Executive Officer, Kieran Godden who received the award from the past president of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers, Henry Olayemi, described the award as recognition of its continuous innovation in the health insurance space and for placing customers at the centre.

According to him, the company is driven by the need to place quality healthcare within the financial reach of every Nigeria and works towards supporting businesses, boosting productivity and improving overall quality of life.
He therefore emphasised the role of HMOs in promoting employee satisfaction and health, as well as how it could significantly impact the growth and stability of businesses, and by extension the Nigerian economy growth.
