Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the Information And Communication Technology – Youth Empowerment Programme (ICT-YEP) at the Delta State Innovation Hub, Asaba, through the Ministry of Science and Technology, Delta State.
THE TRAINING PROGRAMME WILL RUN FOR A DURATION OF FOUR (4) MONTHS

A. Startup Academy
COURSES
- Basic and Advanced Frontend/Backend Web Development Training
- Mobile Development
- UI/UX Design Essentials
- Advanced Networking
Eligibility Requirements
- Minimum academic requirements is Higher National Diploma Certificate (HND) or Bachelors Degree (Bsc)
B. ICT for Self-Employment
COURSES
- Home Security Design and Installation program with CCTV, Access Control and Alarm Solutions
- Home and Small Office Networking
- Advanced Solar and Inverter Installation and Repairs
Eligibility Requirements - The minimum academic requirements is Ordinary National Diploma Certificate (OND)
All applicants should be between 18 and 40 years old.

General Eligibility Requirements:
• Must be of Delta state origin with proof of uploading his/her Certificate of Local Government Area of Origin
• Should be unemployed or able to leave a place of employment for entire training duration as distraction or withdrawal once enrolled will not be allowed
• Should indicate interest by completing and submitting the application form within stipulated timelines

Note that ONLY shortlisted candidates would be invited for a Computer-Based Test (CBT) and only those who are successful at the Computer-Based Test (CBT) and oral interview would be admitted into the Information and Communication Technology – Youth Empowerment Programme (ICT-YEP)
