The Management of CRUTECH Consultancy Services Limited on behalf of Cross River University of Technology desires to revamp its CRUTECH Guest House, Abakpa, Ogoja on a lease basis.
The facility is situated in a wide expanse of table land over looking Ogoja Forestry Park and comprise among other facilities:
(1) 8no VIP Lodge Rooms
(2) 8no Normal Lodge Rooms
(3) 1 no Banquet Hall,
(4) An Administrative Block
(5) Brand New 200kva Generator
(6) Large Expanse of Land for further Development
(7) 1 no Borehole with Overhead Tank
Applications are invited from interested individuals or corporate organisations desirous to lease and operate the facility. All interested parties should indicate their intent, professional or operational competence as well as financial resources to run the facility and a payment of a non-refundable fee of =N=50,000.00 (fifty thousand naira) in bank draft payable to ‘CRUTECH Consultancy Services Limited’.
