REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF RADIO TOWER AT SANTA-FE

The United States Embassy, Abuja invites you to submit a proposal to furnish and install radio communication tower at the USG residential compound, located at 5 Osara Close, Maitama, Abuja in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW), Specifications and Request for Quote (RFQ).
This RFQ includes the following:
(1) Request for Proposal (RFQ)/Solicitation Document – 1 Attachment
(2) Statement of Work (SOW) – 1 Attachment
(3) Specifications – 5 Attachments
(4) Standard Form (SF) 1442 – 1 Attachment
The site visit for this requirement has been scheduled as below:
Time: 11am,
Venue: 5 Osara Close, Maitama, Abuja District, Abuja
Prospective offerors must send the names of their representatives (no more than two per company) to Abujaprocurement@state.gov not later than 24 May, 2022 to secure entry into the compound.
For your proposal to be considered, you must complete and submit all the documents as required in section J of the solicitation. Your proposal must be submitted by email to the Contracting Officer at AbujaProcurement@state.gov with the following Subject Line ‘’Solicitation # PR10716346 – Replacement of Radio Tower at Santa-Fe” on or before June 1, 2022. No proposal will be accepted after this time.
The Embassy intends to award a contract or purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract based on initial proposal, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
