REQUEST FOR BIDS (GOODS) FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF 16 ULTRASOUND MACHINES FOR CEmONC FACILITIES IN TARABA STATE OF NIGERIA
INTRODUCTION:
The Federal Government of Nigeria, on behalf of the Taraba State Government has received a Credit from the World Bank towards the cost of improving the utilization and quality of immunization plus and malaria services in selected states of the federation and intends to apply part of the proceeds towards the payments for the Procurement of 16 Ultrasound Machines for CEmONC facilities in Taraba State of Nigeria.
The Taraba State Government, through the Project Implementation Unit now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Procurement of 16 Ultrasound Machines for CEmONC facilities in Taraba State of Nigeria as detailed below.

BIDDING PROCEDURES:
Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures as specified in the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers 2020 (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulation. In addition, please refer to paragraphs 3.14 to 3.17 in the “Procurement Regulation” on the Conflict of Interest.

PAYMENT FOR BIDDING DOCUMENTS:
A complete set of bidding documents in English Language may be purchased by interested eligible bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Seventy-five thousand naira (N75,000.00) only for the package.
The method of payment will be Via Bank Taraba State Impact Bidding Account.

BID SUBMISSION AND OPENING:
