RE: REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF LUXURY APARTMENTS AT G.R.A IKEJA
SHORTLISTED BIDDERS
We refer to the Request for Expressions of Interest (REOl) issued on the 24th of June, 2020 with set deadline for submission of Expressions of Interest (Eols) as 5pm on 22nd July, 2020; for interested firms/consortia to develop high-rise Luxury Apartments in GRA Ikeja.
A total of four (4) Eols were received within the stipulated time frame. Following the review and assessment of all Eols received, we are pleased to announce that the following bidders (listed in alphabetical order) have duly satisfied the Eol submission criteria and are hereby shortlisted:
1. KYC Inter-Project Limited
2. Sirius Construction Works Limited
Subsequently, Requests for Proposal (RPs) will be issued to the successful bidders
Kindly note that we are not responsible for any costs or expenses that any bidder may incur, or may have incurred, in the course of, in connection with or in relation to the bid process.
