Oyo state government in pursuit of transformation agenda aimed at restoring the state to its pacesetter status has commenced and continues to execute various physical development projects in compliance with sections 11(h), 11(e) and 12(f) of the Oyo state public procurement law 2010. Interested and reputable companies and organizations in the supply industry with suitable and relevant experience are hereby invited to submit an application for registration as suppliers of general goods in various sector listed in paragraph 2 below
It is important to note that the information and data supplied by successfully registered companies shall from their respective desire which shall be formed into a centralized database of consultant and service need for government by the Oyo State Bureau of public procurement.

III. Water engineering equipment (Pump, Pipes & fittings), Treatment chemicals (Alum, Liquid Chlorine, lime etc.)
IV. Motor Vehicles, trucks and spare parts
V. Earth moving Construction plants & Equipment (Bulldozers Graders, Road Rollers etc.)
VI. Agricultural Farm Machinery, Equipment and Inputs.
VII. Office and ICT Equipment (Computers, Typewriters, Printers, scanners, Photocopiers, PABX, Intercoms and General Consumables)
VIII. Office furniture, fittings, Household and communication Equipment
IX. Food & Beverages
X. Electrical & Electronics Goods, Power Generators
XI. Building & Construction Materials (Cement, Plants, Reinforcements)
XII. Security Services, Cleaning and Fumigation;
XIII. Sporting and Training Equipment
XIV. Printing of Non-security and Security Documents
DOCUMENTATION
Prospective Suppliers shall be required to submit the following documents along with their applications;
I. Evidence of registration of company or business name with the corporate affairs commission (Certificate of Incorporation for Limited Liability Company and Registration of business name for Enterprises).
II. Articles and Memorandum of Association. From CAC07 i.e. Particulars of Directors and Form CAC02 i.e. Particulars of Shareholders
III. Copy of Companies Income Tax Clearance Certificate
IV. Copy of Personal Income Tax Certificate (of two Directors in case of limited liability Company or the proprietor[s] partners in case of enterprise) covering the last three years.
V. Value added tax (VAT) Registration Certificate and evidence of past remittance
VI. Company profile including list and Resume of management and key professional staff and photocopies of academics’ qualification certificates and evidence of registration with professional bodies
VII. Verifiable documentary evidence of projects executed successfully in relevant sector in the past five years. (submission of the following will confer additional advantage; i.e. copies of letter of Contract Awards; Certificate of completion. Partnership Agreement or Memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Foreign Companies, organization, suppliers: Manufacturer etc.
VIII. Evidence of financial capability (Reference letter issued by Banker)
IX. Name(s) and contract address(es) e-mail, telephone number(s) of designed company liaison with Oyo State Government.
X. Company’s 3-year Financial summary and 3-year audited accounts
XI. Evidence of Registration Business Properties with Oyo state Ministry of Trade, Investment and co- operation and payment of Oyo state development levy.
XII. Evidence of payment of registration fee of N100,000.00 (one hundred thousand naira only); Banks are to pay a registration fee of N500,000.00 (five hundred thousand naira only)

GENERAL INFORMATION
Application forms can be purchased from the branches of Wema Bank PLC at Mokala Roundabout and Secretariat, Ibadan upon payment of that of N10,000.00 only into OYSG Contractor vendor Registration Account No: 0121754507 with Revenue Code No: 4100005. Fully Completed applications for registration Must be Submitted to the Oyo State Bureau of Public Procurement, Room 33. Ground floor office of Executive Governor Secretariat, Ibadan, Oyo state.
Payment of the registration fees should also be made into the above mentioned Account.
Copies of receipt evidencing payment for application form and the registration fees must be included in the registration packaged.
Interest firms are to be submit their Application Forms enclosed in a sealed envelop clearly marked on the top right-hand Corner as follows;

VERIFICATION OF INFORMATION DATA SUPPLIED:
Registration process may also involve verification of information supply by companies in their application and physical demonstration of special skill, trade tools or equipment machinery listed in their submission’s companies may also be requested to provide additional application or give further classification on submission to the Oyo State Bureau of procurement.
Misrepresentation of facts, gross misstatement or false declaration if discovered, shall form the basis for disqualifications or non-registrations
